The Pilot Projects Panel has the annual task of choosing a number of themes it regards as important for the implementation or reinforcement of the cultural and artistic dimension of social issues or developments in the field of visual art, design and/or architecture. It may also nominate themes that promote the social or artistic development of the discipline concerned.
